    Hello, I have installed the Business Owner theme on cospwrap.org. However, the homepage grid items are not appearing horizontal as your theme stats and I’m not seeing an option to set them correctly. Also, is there a way I can display a headline/text description above the grid items to explain that space? I tried just adding a text box at the top of the widget but it’s not showing.

    My other question has to do with the depth of the slider image – any way we can shorten that depth?

    Thanks,

    Please add the following code in additional CSS box in customizer:

    #content::before {
    	content: "";
    	clear: both;
    }

    We have check your site and seems like you have not added the post for the grid item. Please create post and select the categories on the widget.

    >> Can you please explain more about it also screenshot will be helpful.

    Thanks 🙂

    Hi there – first off thanks for your response! I have added the custom code and didn’t notice a change. I also set up a post for the grid item and selected that category within the widgets for the home page section area, but that still didn’t put them in a row of three and also added a mysterious “grid items” title under each. I rechecked the documentation guide for this theme and all I see for directions for the grid items is:

    Go to Appearance >> Widgets.
    Add Owner: Grid Items widget in HomePage Section Area widget area.
    Enter the section title in text field.
    Enter the section info/description in the textarea field.
    Choose the required category from the dropdown option.
    Choose the number of post count.
    Click on “Save” button.

    So I’m not sure what all needs to be done to fix this yet but ready to get it cleaned up with your help.

    Also, on my other question about the slider image, I figured it out – so all good.

    thanks,

    I also have another question regarding this theme – is there a way that I can put different sidebar items on each page? Right now it’s picking up the same sidebar items for all pages.

    Thanks,

    I was able to get the homepage section area fixed. However, I’m still wondering about separating out the sidebar options per page so that not all of them appear on every additional page. Please advise.

    Hello – I have one other quick question. With the grid items on the homepage, we needed to add a 4th item. Is there anyway for them to appear 2 to a line on a desktop so that the 4th one isn’t hanging on a line by itself? The mobile version is fine, but the desktop just does 3 on one line and then 1 on the next line. Anyway to even that out?

    Please add the following code in additional CSS box:

    .owner_grid_layout .grid-items-wrapper .single-post-wrapper {
    	width: 22%;
    }

    Thanks 🙂

    Thank you for that CSS. It looks great on the desktop version now, but the mobile version is a mess. Opps! It stacks all 4 side by side on mobile instead of letting it go as it should for a mobile view one on top of the other. Any additional code you have for me to keep it still viewing good on mobile? Thank you! Appreciate your help!

    Use the following code for mobile devices:

    @media (max-width: 768px) {
    .owner_grid_layout .grid-items-wrapper .single-post-wrapper {
    	width: 47%;
    	display: inline-block;
    	float: none;
    	margin-right: -4px;
    }
    }

    @media (max-width: 550px) {
    .owner_grid_layout .grid-items-wrapper .single-post-wrapper {
    	width: 97%;
    	display: block;
    }
    }

    Thanks 🙂
